ServerGuard24 mit Multi User Support

New Multi User Feature

Usually several people work on large monitoring scenarios. The technication setups the checks, the product ownner wants to be informed and the customers want a proof of the performance and availability. Now we support these requirements with our new multi user feature which is available in the Premium and Advanced plan.

Groups

The privileges will be administered in groups. There you define which features the users are allowed to use and to which servers they have access to. You can find the group administration in the menu of the contact overview list.

Contacts

A login and password as well as the membership to multiple groups can be assigned to a contact. This feature "Login Data" can be found in the contact menu.

ServerGuard24 Blog

Under the link www.serverguard24.de/de/blog/index.html you find our newsletters. We will enhance the blog with tips and tricks for using ServerGuard24. Also articles about server monitoring and security will find their place there.

Detailed Check Infos

If you want to get detailed information about the last check just click on the status icon of the check. You will be informed about the time and result of the last check and about the time of the next check.

Change of the Standard Contact setting

The option "Standard Contact" is turned off when creating a new contact. we change this according to our customer demands.

Change of the HTTP Monitor

In the future a 40x resonse status code will be evaluated as CRITICAL instead of WARNING. This change will take effect on 24th of November.

After the relaunch of the ServerGuard24 web frontend we focus on the relaunch of our mobile apps.
