Filter server in the tree menu

If you monitor many servers, it is easier now to select a server or a check. Just enter the name or part of the name in the search field. The first hit will be shown. By pressing the return key the next hit is selected.

Enhanced contact information in the check protocol

Besides the email and phone number, which got a notification the check protocol contains now the contact name of the notified contact as well.
You get to the check protocol by clicking on an event in the availability report.

New prices for additional checks

Additional checks cost as of December, 1st 1.50 EUR / $1.50 for the Advanced plan and 1.20 EUR / $1.20 for the Premium plan instead of 1.90 EUR / $1.90 for all plans.

20% more ports in the Port Scan monitor

If you want to be sure that your firewall protects you in an optimal manner you can you check now even easier for unwanted open ports. You define a port range with up to 5000 port (instead of 4000) and the open ports. The Port Scan monitor checks regularly if there are other ports open than the defined ones. If a leak is discovered you get a notification immediately.

Renaming of monitors

The monitors Local Check and Local Check Web for monitoring local server parameters will be renamed.
Local Check Web is called Local Web and Local Check is called now Local. The shorter names increase the clarity and bring more space in the sms.

Digital signature of invoices will be ceased on 12/31/2014

According to German law since July 2011, electronic invoices are valid without digital signature. Because of this fact, we cease the signature of our electronic invoices by 12/31/2014.
Besides electronic invoices, you have the possibility to get invoices by mail and fax (see Settings / Invoice Shipment).
