Description of Service HTTP TransAct

Description

This service enables you to monitor a HTTP-transaction. Individual transaction steps must be defined before hand. Typical example applications for HTTP-transaction monitoring are:

Customer Log-in into Shops, Forum, etc.
Customer Registration
Within Shops, search product, select product, check out ...

Form Field

Transaction	Selecting a transaction from the list of the stored transaction definitions.

Identifier	Identifier that should be characteristic for the service. This identifier makes assigning services easier if you are using several services of the same type on one server. It is specified in the report and the notification.

Availability Report

OK	Server available, response to request within the timeout period, status code in the HTTP-protocol 200 for each transaction step, verification of all transaction steps successful

Critical	Server not available, no response to requests within the timeout period, HTTP-error code 5xx, verification of one transaction steps not successful.
