Performance Monitoring
Beside the availability itself the performance "sensed" by the customer is a crucial
criteria in terms of customer satisfaction.
Therefore the monitoring and analysis of performance figures is an important measure to aviod
outages for all service provider offering web based services.

Especially for all web based applications we offer options for performance monitoring using the HTTP Perf service. At this the performance figures throughput, connect time and roundtrip time are monitored using configurable thresholds. If thresholds are exceeded or falling short during measuring an alert will be sent.
Comprehensive reporting of performance data
For a variety of other services (e.g. MYSQL, SMTP, SSH …) recording of the response time for further analysis and reporting can be activated.
Comprehensive reporting features are provided for all recorded performance data:
- graphical presentation incl. zoom
- filter data by measuring points
- evaluation of minimal, maximal and average values
- evaluation of percentile (70%, 80%, 90% and 95%)
- export functionality of the data for individual reporting
