2/9/2009: SSL Campaign

The following new services are now available to the customers of ServerGuard24:

• Enhancement: LocalCheck Web supports SSL
  The LocalCheck Web service supports now SSL-encrypted requests for the monitoring of local data. You will find the new settings in the configuration section of this service.
  
  This function is available with the Advanced and Premium Plans.
  
  

• Enhancement: User Agent configurable
  Especially for the monitoring of applications which check the users webbrowser it is important that the monitoring requests are carried out with a specific User Agent setting.
  You can now specify the User Agent setting which will be used for the measurement in the configuration settings of the HTTP(S) Pro service.
  
  This function is available with all plans.
  
  

• Improvement: Link between configuration and reporting section
  The link between the configuration of the services and the reporting section was improved so that you now have the option to jump directly from the configuration to the reporting of a specific service and vice versa.
  
  This function is available with all plans.
  
  

• Enhancement: HTTP/S Perf
  Up to now is was possible to monitor the performance of unencrypted websites only. By popular customers' request we can now offer you the proven performance monitoring service for encrypted websites as well.
  You wil find the new setting in the configuration section of the service.
  
  This function has been added at our customers' request and is available with the Premium Plans.
